Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Nutty Lover, we always strive to provide the best on delivery to you. As our wholesome foods are freshly prepared, the expected delivery time would be as per below:

WEST MALAYSIA

• We aim to deliver within 3 to 5 working days.
• Free delivery for order Rm50 and above.
• Shipping fee of Rm10 will be charged for order below Rm50.

EAST MALAYSIA

• We aim to deliver within 4 – 7 working days.
• Shipping fee is charged Rm15 for first kilogram (kg) and Rm10 for subsequent kilogram (kg)

RE-DELIVERY & RETURN REQUEST

• We reserve the right to charge RM10 on any special redelivery arrangement or return request.

POINTS TO NOTE:

• Weekend, national public holiday and state holiday are not working days.

• On special occasion (eg. seasonal peak season, promotion period, etc), please do expect a slight delay in shipping due to spike up in orders.

• Orders will be delivered using Nutty Lover’s appointed logistic company.

• We shall deliver the products to the delivery address specified and keyed in by you on the order form. Once order and payment is made, you are not allowed to change the delivery address.
